Legal Entity & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, or “Visitor”) and:

Nature of Advisory Services & Diagnostics

Leaders Performance provides high-level executive advisory, strategic leadership frameworks, diagnostic evaluations, and confidential roundtables for business founders and executive teams.

Diagnostic Evaluation Disclaimer

Founder Pressure Scan responses and any related diagnostic analysis are provided for preliminary leadership benchmarking, discussion, and informational purposes. They do not constitute formal legal, accounting, tax, or certified financial or investment advice.

Non-Medical / Non-Psychological Disclaimer

The Founder Pressure Scan and associated diagnostic frameworks evaluate leadership friction, operational bottlenecks, and executive decision dynamics. They do not constitute, and must not be construed or relied upon as, medical, clinical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health assessment, diagnosis, counseling, or therapy.

A formal advisory relationship is only established upon the mutual execution of a definitive Master Advisory Agreement specifying professional scopes, deliverables, and retainers.

Appointment Booking & Consultation Protocol

Executive calendar bookings and exploratory conversations are managed through our scheduling infrastructure (GoHighLevel).

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide authentic, verifiable contact and corporate information.

Leaders Performance reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any introductory session at its professional discretion if the booking does not meet our executive qualification criteria or presents a conflict of interest.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website—including but not limited to the RESET Blueprint, Founder Pressure Scan diagnostic frameworks, strategic briefings, text, graphics, logos, proprietary publications, and digital assets—is owned by or licensed to Leaders Performance Management Consultancies L.L.C and is protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights, as well as applicable international copyright treaties.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publish, or commercially exploit any diagnostic materials, strategic models, or proprietary frameworks without prior written authorization from Leaders Performance.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Information submitted through our website forms or diagnostic assessments is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Form submissions are securely routed directly to our designated customer relationship management (CRM) infrastructure and authorized systems rather than stored long-term on public web servers.

Browsing this website, undertaking the Founder Pressure Scan, or submitting preliminary enquiry forms does not create a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or fiduciary relationship. If you require a mutual non-disclosure agreement prior to disclosing proprietary commercial secrets, a formal bilateral NDA must be agreed upon and executed separately in writing.

Digital Products & Payments

1. Payment Processing: Payments for digital publications, executive workbooks, or strategic diagnostic materials purchased through leadersperformance.ae are securely processed through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. / Stripe Inc.). Leaders Performance does not store or retain full credit or debit card numbers on its servers.

2. Pricing & Currency: All product prices are clearly displayed at checkout in the specified currency (such as AED or USD) prior to payment confirmation. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as expressly indicated at checkout.

3. Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment authorization via Stripe, digital products (such as the executive workbook) are delivered electronically via immediate browser download access and/or a secure download link delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

4. License for Personal & Non-Transferable Use: Purchase of a digital product grants the purchaser a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for individual personal or internal executive reference only.

5. Prohibition on Copying, Redistribution & Resale: You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly display, sublicense, or resell any digital workbook, framework, or publication, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from Leaders Performance Management Consultancies L.L.C.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Due to the immediate digital delivery and irreversible nature of downloadable digital publications and executive workbooks, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once download delivery or digital asset access has been granted. In the event of duplicate billing or a verified technical delivery defect that cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued upon investigation.

7. Contact Procedure for Payment or Delivery Issues: If a payment is completed but download delivery fails, or if you encounter technical difficulty accessing the digital workbook, please notify our executive office immediately at: info@leadersperformance.ae with your transaction reference. We investigate and resolve delivery issues within twenty-four (24) business hours.

Our digital platform may contain links to external websites or integrate third-party services (including calendar appointment scheduling powered by GoHighLevel, payment processing powered by Stripe, video hosting platforms, and third-party telemetry tools).

Leaders Performance does not endorse, control, or assume liability for the content, privacy practices, terms, or operational availability of any third-party platform. Your interaction with third-party providers is governed exclusively by their respective terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Leaders Performance Management Consultancies L.L.C, its managers, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access this website, or any strategic business decisions executed on the basis of preliminary diagnostic information.

All digital materials and diagnostics are provided “as is” for informational benchmarking without warranty of any kind.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, their interpretation, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of this digital platform shall be governed exclusively by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

The competent courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any legal claim, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Amendments & Enquiries

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website with its effective date. Continued use of our digital platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
