Information Storage & Transmission

When you complete an assessment or enquiry on this website, your data is transmitted over encrypted Transport Layer Security (TLS) connections.

Form submissions are securely routed directly to our designated customer relationship management (CRM) infrastructure and internal corporate communications systems rather than stored long-term on public web servers.

This data remains strictly accessible solely to authorised advisory personnel and bound contracted service providers operating under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

03

Information Collected & How It Is Used

1. Founder Pressure Scan

When you voluntarily complete our diagnostic assessment, we collect: Founder full name, company name, work email address, telephone/WhatsApp contact number, annual revenue band, and diagnostic questionnaire answers.

Processing, Automated Scoring & Human Review:

Initial diagnostic scores and baseline tier categorizations are generated automatically by server-side algorithms based on your questionnaire inputs. However, no final evaluation, advisory recommendation, qualification, or commercial decision is made solely through automated processing. Every assessment is compiled into an executive briefing securely delivered to authorised leadership for dedicated human review, expert consultative evaluation, and follow-up dialogue, and is recorded within our secure CRM systems. The underlying response matrix is not warehoused long-term on public web servers.

2. Strategic Conversation & Contact Enquiries

When you submit a contact enquiry via our website, we collect your full name, company, leadership role, work email, phone number, strategic objectives or discussion notes, and preferred communication channel. This data is transmitted to our CRM and executive advisory team strictly to review your enquiry, verify mutual fit, and coordinate subsequent communications.

3. Calendar Appointment Scheduling

When you book a strategic conversation or advisory consultation, booking details (name, email, preferred date and time) are managed through our scheduling infrastructure powered by GoHighLevel (GHL). This data is processed exclusively to manage calendar availability, issue invitations, and deliver meeting reminders.

04

Consent-Gated Analytics & Telemetry

We strictly enforce consent-gated telemetry. No analytics, tracking pixels, or user behavior observation scripts are loaded or executed until you explicitly grant affirmative consent via our Cookie Banner.

  • Google Analytics (GA4): Usage metrics, traffic referral channels, and page views.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Interaction patterns, click heatmaps, and scroll behavior to optimize visual clarity.
  • Heap Analytics: Interaction event tracking and digital navigation flow patterns across key website sections.

You may modify or withdraw your analytics consent at any time via the Cookie Settings link available in the website footer or on our Cookie Policy page.

05

Legal Grounds for Processing

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE PDPL) and applicable international standards, personal data is processed under the following recognized legal grounds:

Pre-contractual Steps & Advisory Review

Processing contact enquiries and consultation requests to assess mutual fit prior to a formal advisory agreement.

Voluntary Requested Assessment

Processing diagnostic responses to compile the preliminary business profiling and consultative overview requested.

Affirmative Consent

Applied exclusively where explicit consent is granted, such as optional analytics and performance cookies.

Legitimate Operational Interests

Maintaining platform integrity, monitoring network security, preventing fraud, and defending against technical abuse.

06

Data Subject Rights & Inquiries

In accordance with the UAE PDPL and international best practices, individuals have the right to access their personal data, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent where applicable, and object to processing.
